Mandy and Kevin's engagement photos in Galveston! YAY for beach photos!

Oh, what a beautiful day in Galveston! We started out by the strand in the historic part of town and then ended the day here at Galveston Island State Park and the sun, water and weather was perfect! I haven't photographed on a beach since a wedding I photographed in Florida a few years back.

Liz and Rob's Engagements at Rice University and Hermann Park- a romantic wine and cheese picnic

Liz and Robert are planning a destination wedding in Santa Barbara but wanted to get some nice portraits done here in Houston where they live. It's a small world since Santa Barbara is where I first started photographing weddings when I was in school so I know all the locations where they are getting married!

They have been engaged for a year and have put off planning until recently but now they are on a role getting their wedding together. I really enjoyed photographing the two of them and their engagement session was so mellow and romantic. Who wouldn't enjoy a wine and cheese picnic at dusk? Enjoy their photos!!!

I love animals and if you go through my blog you'll see lots of animals in the studio including chickens. We had some friends over so I asked them to bring their dogs for portraits! Aren't they cute?
