Chickin Lickin

I love chickens and this little one's name is Chickin Lickin. She was recently injured during an attack on our chicken coop and so she lives inside in a kennel right now so she can mend. She gets two soaks a day and then a slathering of antibacterial ointment.

Adriel and John's wedding!

Adriel and John's wedding was at Lillian Farms in Chappell Hill, TX. It's a beautiful big farm that used to have horses and now is a Bed and Breakfast and wedding venue. There are several buildings available for use and it's just gorgeous.

It was a hot day but not too hot and most of the events took place in the evening because the wedding had to be done after sunset. Dinner was served first and then the wedding ceremonies took place afterwards which was a nice twist.

Their family did all of the decorating and collected old table cloths and salt and pepper shakers for the vintage look. The bride bought her veil for $5 or $10 at a second hand store and so many of the vintage items really worked so nicely.

They also bought the flowers bulk and did all the arranging themselves. Great job!
