My friend Andre just finished the first live version of my website. It is beautiful and she did such a good job. I'm going to add a "Recent Wedding" section as soon as I get caught up on my weddings and orders. But I will continue posting new images and slideshows to the blog.
You can view Andre's work at http://www.adiazphoto.com. She does design a lot of websites and also has the capability to photograph for the websites. She loves product photography and is located in California.

Slideshow of Steve and I that our friend Andre made us
When you have a photographer for a friend, you aren't glamorous, eating in Yosemite and getting engaged this is the slideshow that you get. If anyone would like a slideshow like this I'd be happy to employ Andre to make one for you.

Assigning tasks on wedding day
Hi,
Another piece of advice for things that I see at weddings all the time is the importance of assigning tasks to people at your wedding. If there are things that have to be taken care of like the candles being set out or the bubbles or guest book give people tasks before the wedding day. This way you won't have to think about it on the wedding day because there will be plenty to think about. I often see brides a little stressed out about those kinds of details when it could have been taken care of beforehand.

Schedules on the wedding day
Hi,
I just wanted to post a few words about the wedding day. I know that there is a schedule to follow and if you aren't following a schedule there could be extra costs for renting the limo, getting out of the church on time for the next mass or confessions or getting to dinner on time. There are so many things that depend on that schedule you make for your wedding day. There is nothing wrong with following a schedule. However, I see so often brides stressed out during their photos and wanting to rush things to get there "on time" My advice it to relax and just take the extra couple minutes. It is YOUR wedding day, your time, your photos, your reception, etc. I know brides want photos that looked relaxed and fun and full of emotion of the wedding day. It is hard to get the relaxed look when you are rushed, stressed out about time and trying to cram everything in. Either let the worries go or, if you can, plan for a few extra minutes built into the schedule rather than cramming everything in. Give a 10-15 extra minutes here and there and realize that sometimes things take a little longer than planned. Large wedding parties take more time to get ready, get out the door, get in the limo, walk down the aisle, etc. Sometimes make-up gets put on a little slower than you thought or you just need a few minutes to relax. Remember, it is a day that you will want to enjoy and the time will go by fast enough. Let yourself slow down to enjoy it.
